Administrative cum Sales Support ……Position Taken
Job Responsibilities :
• Daily administrative tasks, answering phone calls, filling documents, mailing etc.
• Manage administrative procedures and other matters as directed by your Superior and Management
• Arrange air-tickets, hotel reservation, transport bookings, application for permits/licenses
• Daily Accounting duties such customers invoicing, suppliers/vendors payment, bills, claims,etc.
• Experience in book-keeping procedures & accounting principles will be added advantage.
• Record inventory for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Help to generate sales & marketing reports for sales operation
• Coordinate with external Account/Auditor on GST, CPF, Government Tax matters, etc.
Job Requirements :
• Diploma Holder will be added advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Well spoken and written command of English
• Able to work well independently or with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
